Alex is a Licensed Massage Therapist and a Registered Nurse.  In 2014, Alex graduated from the Mount Carmel College of Nursing where she received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing.  Alex is now working towards her Masters of Science in Nursing to become a Family Nurse Practitioner! 

In December of 2017, Alex graduated from the American Institute of Alternative Medicine where she completed the Western Massage Therapy program. She is now certified in Swedish Massage, as well as Neuromuscular Massage Therapy.

Alex’s medical knowledge and background have helped to enhance and shape her idea of soft tissue work, allowing her to bring a unique approach to health and wellness as a whole!
