Massage Therapy

Let us assist you on your journey to achieve optimal health and wellness.  We offer massage options for clients who are looking for stress relief, relaxation, muscle recovery, elimination of pain, and increased range of motion.

Basketball Skills

Being good at anything takes constant maintenance. Gain the edge you need to fine tune your basketball skills by working with Coach Kevin and his amazing coaching staff

Speed & Agility

This program will help clients increase core strength, power, stability, jumping and muscle synergy. Clients will learn how to become more explosive athletes and decrease their chances of getting injured.

Golf Skills

Youth or adults get to work with our state of the art golf simulator and one of central Ohio’s best, Carly Truitt. A Two time state champion and Division 1 national champion.

Power & Performance

Power is the ultimate expression of athletic ability whether it’s on the track, court, or line of scrimmage. This class will prepare athletes to absorb, transfer, and produce maximal force at maximal speed without compromising long term joint health.
